Can you cure cataracts naturally?

I turned 58 in July and then a few weeks later I found out I had glaucoma and lost some of my sight in the center of both eyes. Being an artist this was not easy to learn. I have been a healthy person most of my life and am not use to having heath issues.

God is very loving and gracious. I was doing jewelry design for about 10 years but a few years ago I decided to go back to my roots and started painting and making less jewelry. Being a abstract mixed media artist I can still paint even with the loss of some of my eyesight. I have given up making jewelry but not my passion for creating art.

I just went back for a checkup on my eyes. In 6 months I have lost more sight and found out I have cataracts on top of the glaucoma. It was a shock and scary but I know God has a plan, therefore I will trust and not fear.

I have decided to try healthy alternatives to see if this will improve my eyesight. I am trying smoothies that are suppose to help with eyesight.

Today is day one in this journey. I just made my first smoothie. It actually does not taste bad. The recipe called for coconut milk and I used almond milk instead.

I will keep you updated on how this goes. If you have any suggestions or know of something natural that has helped to improve your eyesight I would love to know.

  1. I am so sorry that you’re facing this issue, but I suspect that you’ll find ways to reverse that damage and reclaim some of what you’ve lost. of course lutein and vitamin c, but I’m almost sure that I recently read somehing that was connected to eye health, especially glaucoma.. I’ll keep a watch out and will lob to you articles of interest when they cross my own field of vision.

here’s one little something, but you’ve probably seen most while doing similar research.
